About Falcon Metal Corporation

Falcon Metal Corporation was founded by Bruce Roberts in August 1979. The company began operating in a rented office/warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. In August 1985, Falcon Metal moved to its present location at 10715 John Price Road in the Arrowood section of Charlotte. The company currently occupies about 17,600 square feet on 2 1/2 acres.

The outstanding staff at Falcon Metal has decades of experience and utilizes the latest technology in the monitoring and processing of every inquiry and order we receive. We have the skills to recognize and offer many solutions and value-added services tailored to our customers' individualized needs.

Falcon Metal was featured in The Charlotte Observer's business section in April of 2003. The article was on Falcon's interesting way it finds the right employee. Using a unique program called Personalysis, the potential employee answers a series of questions. Through the programs findings, Falcon makes the decision on the right fit.

In July 2003, The Charlotte Business Journal awarded Falcon Metal with the Best Places to Work Award. It was in the category of Outstanding Retention. Falcon's employees have been with the company ranging from 25 years to 2 years. In 2004, Falcon celebrated its 25th Anniversary.

We are members of regional and national trade associations, which keep us informed on contemporary management techniques and serves to guide us with a code of ethics. Falcon Metal Corporation was featured as one of 50 outstanding distributors in Industrial Distribution (July 2000).
